My fiancé designed my ring here! I went once to try on sizes. Overall we both had an amazing experience. My fiancé got to design the whole thing and it turned out perfect. I never felt rushed or pressured at their store and they really form connections with their customers. They always recognized us when coming into the store and contacted often for any questions.

Some of the kindest most genuine business owners I have ever encountered. Will definitely be going back and I recommend you visit them as well.

I had an excellent experience! I reset/redesigned my wedding ring with help from Chase. He was very kind and patient. There was no pressure to purchase my new design. Once I was ready, they brought my design to life. I am so happy with the result!

Robby was incredibly kind and accommodating when I brought in my grandmother’s wedding ring to be repaired, which was one of her final requests. When I explained that she didn't have much longer and the ring would be needed for burial, he was respectful and didn't try to push unnecessary repairs, unlike another store I had visited. The work was done beautifully and completed quickly, ensuring it was ready in time for the funeral. I'm truly grateful for their compassion and service. I highly recommend The Jewelry Store and will definitely be referring my friends and family there.

I needed some links removed from my new watch and Robby did it quickly and didn't even charge me! I thought that was really cool. The family here has done this for three generations now. It was also the only store that was open before 10am which was a huge relief for me. I definitely recommend any jewelry repairs, battery replacements, or much needed links removed to be done here. They also have some nice woman's jewelry. Very nice guy.⌚️
